Transport Trucks TW 52/800 with Roller Track
A sturdy, torsion-resistant frame construction made of stainless steel with 4 heavy duty caster wheels, 2 of them lockable, d= 200 mm with special roller bearings, permanently lubricated and maintenance-free ensures an easy and silent movement. 

The height of the top can be adjusted electrically and tilted by approximately 25° to both sides independently of each other. The lifting columns are being operated with a replaceable accu. A wall mounted electronic charger is included in the scope of delivery.

Additionally, the transport truck is equipped with a traction drive unit which enables an easy movement even when transporting heavy duty. The transport speed can be adjusted smoothly with the control panel and the replaceable accu is equipped with a battery display. An electronic rapid charger for the 24V/230 Volt accu is included in the delivery.

A stainless steel roller track comprising 5 carrying rollers of corrosion-resistant material and noise-absorbing plastic coating has been arranged on top of the truck. A holding device at the roller track secures the body tray lying on it. This transport truck has been particularly designed for lifting corpses from hospital beds onto body trays. Moreover, thanks to the integrated traction drive the transport truck is also suitable for long routes of transport.

Sturdy, torsion-resistant frame structure made of steel profiles silver-colored painted. 4 steerable solid rubber wheels, 2 of them lockable, 1 enabling locking as regards to direction, diameter 200 mm with special roller bearings, permanently lubricated and maintenance-free, which ensure absolutely noiseless movement. The transport truck has a permanently welded slide handle.
