Circulating Air Filter Unit for Safety Cabinets
The air-circulation filter system guarantees safe, technical ventilation of the safety cabinets in workrooms according the TRbF 20 requirement, annex L (paragraph 4.1). Herewith it is possible, to permanently retain up to 99.999% of solvent vapors (hydrocarbon) up to saturation of the filter, under both, normal operating conditions and at a simulated accident in the safety cabinet.

The cleaned exhaust air is directly delivered out of the safety board into the workroom. There is no contact between the exhaust air flow and conducting components. The potential-free contact enables relaying to a central conductor. The explosive area around the safety board is not applicable (TRbF 20, annex L, paragraph 4.2). The air-circulation filter system is ideally qualified for direct use in working environments, because the sound level is only approx. 39 dB (A).

Permanent, electronic control of the exhaust air rate by means of an integrated differential manometer. The visual alarm is triggered through a potential-free contact. Permanent control of the saturation level of the filter, two-stage alarm, visual and with potential-free contact.

The housing is made of powder coated fine metal sheet (RAL 7035, light grey). The lid is coated in red RAL 3002. The unit is delivered with multilevel filter system, cable connection and power plug.
